The TrainingHub Learning Management System (LMS) is a non-academic LMS focused on delivering training and professional development to University of Illinois employees at all three universities and System Offices. Training Hub LMS is a cost-free tool designed to make transmitting educational content to large audiences easy and painless. The Training Hub Support team within System Offices Shared Services will help you test, launch, and manage training geared toward any audience within the U of I System. Who has access? Anyone with an active NetID and password can access training content within Training Hub LMS. Additionally, TrainingHub gets a daily feed of data from Banner HR that creates and updates learner records in the system for anyone with an active job record. Finally, elevated security access can be requested from the Security Application to gain access to some of the back-end functions of Training Hub LMS. How do I use it? All staff, faculty, and students can log into Training Hub LMS at go.uillinois.edu/lms to access training available to all users. Training can also be specifically assigned to users who are required to complete it. This requires elevated access or a service request to System Offices Shared Services (SOSS).

All departments can add training to Training Hub LMS and define the applicable audience(s). This also requires a service request to SOSS . Can I get support? The Training Hub Support team within SOSS assists all users of Training Hub LMS by offering technical support and responding to questions and inquiries about system functionality and training content. You can request support anytime by emailing System Offices Shared Services with a description of the type of support you need and we will respond to your request within one business day. Can I add content? Yes! Training Hub LMS is available and free to use for all departments, schools, and colleges. TrainingHub can host text-based content like KnowledgeBase articles, videos, fully interactive online courses, and can be used to register for live instructor led training.
