Our goal is to create a comprehensive, fair, and transparent ranking of these levels based on their difficulty. • Levels are ranked based on player estimations of their difficulty • Ratings are submitted by verified raters and moderators • Higher difficulty levels receive higher placements • Regular updates ensure the list remains accurate Community Features • Submit new levels for consideration • View pending/submitted levels and their progress • Access leaderboards and statistics • Join our Discord! Submission Process 1. Level creators submit their levels through our submission form 2. Moderators review submissions for quality and eligibility 3. Approved levels are added to the pending list 4. Raters submit difficulty estimations 5. Levels graduate to the main list based on sufficient ratings Basic Requirements for List Eligibility How Rankings Work The ILL uses a curated ranking system where experienced moderators and raters determine level placements based on difficulty comparisons and community input. The Ranking Process Raters submit difficulty comparisons between levels, indicating which they believe is harder. Our team reviews comparisons and community feedback to determine appropriate placements. Levels are manually positioned based on consensus difficulty relative to other levels. Rankings are regularly reviewed and adjusted as new information becomes available. Why Manual Curation • Experienced moderators understand nuanced difficulty differences

We are committed to full compliance with applicable copyright and intellectual property law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512. No Hosting of Infringing Content ILL does not host, upload, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted music files or other protected works. Any references or hyperlinks provided on our platform are intended solely for informational purposes and are limited to content that is publicly accessible through authorized distribution channels (e.g., official Newgrounds artist profiles, YouTube channels of rights holders, or other licensed repositories). Prohibited Conduct Users are expressly prohibited from posting, linking to, or otherwise transmitting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. Takedown Procedure If you believe that material accessible via ILL infringes your copyright, please send a written notification compliant with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to us at: [email protected] Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. Counter-notifications will be handled in accordance with §512(g). Reservation of Rights We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
